Sarah Lite — Automated Rental Inquiry Assistant
Sarah Lite is an automated communication tool developed by NextGen Fusion AI. Pilot replies are assembled from the listing facts and showing times an owner or authorized resident provides. They are not written by a generative model, and Sarah Lite does not sync a calendar or decide who may rent. It helps participating property owners and authorized residents answer common rental questions and coordinate showing requests. Sarah Lite does not negotiate rental terms, approve or reject applicants, prepare leases, collect rental payments, or provide real estate brokerage representation. Currently available through a limited invitation-only pilot.
How renters opt in by text
NextGen Sarah Lite is a text program from NextGen Fusion AI. Renters opt in by texting a listing code (e.g. LP12) shown on a listing to the Sarah Lite number. Owners opt in via a separate unchecked checkbox on their enrollment page.
